Notice Description

Digital, Data and Technology Services (DDTS) is the internal IT service provider for a large and complex group of public sector organisations. DDTS is currently delivering significant IT enabled change to their end users. This project needs to ensure the change for end users is being managed effectively and therefore are seeking a small team (1-3 persons) to work with an existing project and their change team to: - Review the existing approaches to user focussed technology implementation and business change - Based on the existing approaches, identify key areas for development, including capacity, capability, governance links, providing tangible recommendations for current deliveries - Use gathered insights to create a standard business change model and approach - Make recommendations / costed proposal for a standard model for future business change activities.
