Notice Description

High Peak Borough Council in partnership with Chapel-en-le-Frith Parish Council and the East Midlands Chamber is seeking to appoint a multidisciplinary team of Consultants, to include architects / master-planners and commercial advisors / surveyors, to prepare a Masterplan and Business Plan providing advice on the infrastructure requirements, design development and management of a Business Park in Chapel-en-le-Frith, as part of the Borough Council's A6 Enterprise Corridor. The Masterplan and its associated buisness plan will be used to help support a Local Growth Deal bid for construction of 80,000sqft space of low carbon business units designed to host new business starts and grow on space as phase one of scheme delivery. This exercise is being managed through the Council's E-tendering system via the West Midlands Improvement and Efficiency Portal.
