The current specification, contract and TUPE information is attached in Procontract. It is the Council's view that TUPE may apply with respect to the services currently provided. Any future procurement will advise that bidders should however seek their own professional advice in order to form their views on the question of TUPE and should specify the view that they have taken together with the reasons for that view in their submission. The current total volume of care hours currently provided by the contract holder at the scheme is approximately 270hrs per week for 27 service users.
