The London Borough of Hackney has undertaken a re-procurement exercise for services supporting unpaid adult carers in Hackney. As part of this process the council has consulted with unpaid carers, internal stakeholders and engaged the market (via online presentation) to inform the market of its intentions to tender. The London Borough of Hackney is now seeking expressions of interest from potential providers for the procurement a new contract for the continued provision of its Carers Support Service for Unpaid Adult Carers. The contract term for this service will be for 3 years with 2 ( 1+1) options to extend (up to 5 years). The council Adult Social Care Commissioning Service would like to invite bids from organisations able to evidence the experience, skills and abilities to deliver this service.
