Notice Description

. Suitably qualified and experienced service providers are invited to tender for the provision of Advocacy and Independent Visitors Service in Royal Borough of Greenwich. The contract will include a combined advocacy and independent visitors' service for children in the care of the local authority to enable a seamless response for looked after children and young people. There is a statutory duty for all local authorities to provide advocacy services and independent visitors for vulnerable children and young people and the service will ensure that Greenwich children and young people have a strong voice that is heard at the heart of care planning and review processes in Social care. The contract will initially be for a period of 3 years, commencing 1st April 2019 with the option to extend annually for a further two years subject to satisfactory performance, meeting the key performance indicator (KPIs) and budget availability. The total potential term of the contract is 5 years. TUPE Bidders are requested to complete the attached confidentiality undertaking and return as soon as possible in order to obtain TUPE information Additional information: Full details relating to the Services are provided in the tender documents.
