Notice Description

UHB is looking to procure on behalf of the West Midlands Academic Health Science Network (WMAHSN) an Online Innovation Management Solution, which includes design, development, maintenance, support and professional services. It is proposed the contract will be for a 2 year period initially followed by further 2 extensions, (1 year plus 1 year). A pre-market engagement session is to be held on Thursday 13th December 2018, at the iCentrum 6 Holt Street, Birmingham Science Park Aston, Birmingham, B7 4BP. This will provide potential suppliers the opportunity to understand our requirements and the procurement process and ask questions. A maximum of two persons per organisation may attend. If you wish to attend please register your details on the BravoSolution eSourcing Portal. Additional information: Instructions on how to register: Register your company on the eSourcing portal (this is only required once) - Browse to the eSourcing Portal: https://nhs.bravosolution.co.uk/nhs_collaborative/web/login.html and click the link to register - Accept the terms and conditions and click 'continue' - Enter your correct business and user details - Note the username you chose and click 'Save' when complete - You will shortly receive an email with your unique password (please keep this secure); 2. Express an Interest in the Tender - Login to the portal with the username/password - Click the 'PQQs / ITTs Open to All Suppliers' link.
