Notice Description

NHS Chiltern Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and NHS Aylesbury Vale CCG in partnership with Buckinghamshire County Council (BCC) would like to invite providers who may be interested in delivering community packages of care for children and young people aged 0 - 18 years with Continuing Care needs to a pre procurement market place event. The purpose of the event will be to allow the CCGs and the Council the opportunity to outline their future plans for the service. The event will be held on Monday 14th December 2015 at: NHS Chiltern CCG King George V House King George V Road Amersham Buckinghamshire HP6 5AW Time: 12.30pm - 2.00pm If you would like to attend, please email your confirmation to Stephen Ivuerah at stephen.ivuerah@ardengemcsu.nhs.uk by no later than 12.00pm noon on 9th December 2015.
