Notice Description

The purpose of the service is to provide preventative and early intervention support to children and young people with low level emotional health and wellbeing needs, to build their capability and capacity for them to manage challenges/difficulties safely within their home and family environment, and the local community. Additional information: Please note the intention is to: implement a Lancashire Countywide Framework Agreement for one year, based on one successful provider delivering services. There are no gaurantees with reference to the volume of work or framework value. This service shall be commissioned on a spot contract basis through call-offs.
