Contract Summary
Nottingham City Council is inviting tenders for the supply of assorted printing requirements. The service will be split into the following Lots: Lot 1: Standard Promotional Material/ Outdoor Signage, Lot 2: Heavy Duty Promotional Material, Lot 3: Digital and Litho, Lot 4: Stationary and Envelopes, Lot 5: Books/ Pads/ Sets, Lot 6: High Volume Publications, Lot 7: Fulfilment, Mailing and Delivery Management, Lot 8: Bus Literature, Lot 9: Vehicle Graphics. Up to 5 supplier(s) will be selected to deliver each lot and a Framework Agreement will be established for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for up to 2 further years, at the Council's discretion. The value of this contract is estimated to be up to £2,000,000 in total, across all Lots. Whilst an estimated spend has been calculated based upon past expenditure and future projections, the Council is unable to guarantee any individual supplier a specific volume of work as part of this contract.
