Notice Description

Nottingham City Council is inviting tenders for the supply of assorted printing requirements. The service will be split into the following Lots: Lot 1: Standard Promotional Material/ Outdoor Signage, Lot 2: Heavy Duty Promotional Material, Lot 3: Digital and Litho, Lot 4: Stationary and Envelopes, Lot 5: Books/ Pads/ Sets, Lot 6: High Volume Publications, Lot 7: Fulfilment, Mailing and Delivery Management, Lot 8: Bus Literature, Lot 9: Vehicle Graphics. Up to 5 supplier(s) will be selected to deliver each lot and a Framework Agreement will be established for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for up to 2 further years, at the Council's discretion. The value of this contract is estimated to be up to PS2,000,000 in total, across all Lots. Whilst an estimated spend has been calculated based upon past expenditure and future projections, the Council is unable to guarantee any individual supplier a specific volume of work as part of this contract.
