NOTE: This notice was updated on 14 February 2020 for the following reason: Dear Suppliers, 'Please note, we recognise there were some errors in the awarding criteria. The amended RFQ has been amended to reflect the changes below This contract will be awarded on the following basis: 3.How will my proposal be evaluated? Your proposal will be evaluated by a panel comprising officers from the Devolution and Local Growth Team on the following criteria: 3.1 Project cost (30% of the overall score) Your proposed cost will be scored as follows; oThe lowest submitted cost, save for abnormally low bids, will be scored the full marks available oAll other bidders' submitted costs will be scored based on their deviation from the lowest tendered submitted cost. 3.2 Methodology of proposal (40% of overall score) The following areas will be used to assess the quality of your proposal (with the specific % of the overall marks attributed to each area in brackets): oHow you will achieve the outcomes in the specification, (70 %) oAny details of any additional activities you would recommend be undertaken to achieve the outcomes i.e. added value. (10 %) oAny resource or support you would require from us to facilitate this and your timeliness & availability. (20 %) 3.3 Supplier experience weighting (30% of overall score) * Your past experience and how you will carry out the activities (please provide CVs if possible) We would like to extend the deadline to Friday 21 February 1700 . This will affect the awarding timescales as below. Date Stage 10/02/2020 Procurement Documents made available online 18/02/2020 Request for clarification 21/02/2020 Deadline for return of Quotations 21/02/2020 Evaluation of Quotations 24/02/2020 Completion of approval and award decision processes. 24/02/2020 Notification via delta of outcome and appointment of the successful Bidder 24/02/2020 Issue of award letter 25/02/2020 Contract start date 31/03/2020 Contract completion date We thank you for your patience.(This project will involve gathering evidence and statistics to make the case for councils to play a bigger role in supporting clean growth and achieving the green jobs targets.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
