Summary At Leeds Trinity University, we aim to acquire a hybrid-use data and analytics platform to support teaching, academic research, and practical applications in business, finance, and analytics. Our goal is to implement a comprehensive solution that offers seamless access to high-quality financial and business data, advanced analytical tools, and user-friendly features ahead of the next academic year. Any solution should meet the following high-level requirements: Data Access: - Comprehensive coverage of equity, fixed income, and macroeconomic data. - Access to financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) and accounting data. - Integration of ESG metrics for sustainability-focused research and teaching. - Historical price history for backtesting and market analysis. Platform Features: - Advanced tools for technical analysis, portfolio management, and risk assessment. - Ability to create, simulate, and analyze trading strategies and investment scenarios. - Data visualization tools for financial and business trends, with dashboard customization capabilities.
