The procurement is categorised under guidance and counselling services (CPV 85312300) with additional classifications in health services. The tender process is currently active and falls under the "Tender" stage with a deadline for submissions set for the 19th of September, 2024. The contract is set to commence on the 27th of January, 2025 and will run for three years until the 26th of January, 2028, with a potential extension of up to two additional years in one-year instalments. This service will be primarily delivered in the South East region of the United Kingdom.

Firms that can provide confidential, 24/7 access to frontline services, structured counselling, and a broad range of work-life support will find this tender particularly attractive. The programme will cater to approximately 4,000 employees, offering both in-person and remote support. Businesses with robust capabilities in handling both direct and indirect referrals, and those willing to provide promotional and launch planning assistance, will be well-suited for this contract. This procurement is a chance to secure long-term engagement with the University, contributing to the healthier work-life balance of its staff.
