Bournemouth Churches Housing Association (BCHA) requires the appointment of a RICS Accredited Charter Surveyor to conduct "Stock Condition" reports on 34 domestic properties (between 2-4 bedrooms) in Bournemouth and Poole. It is anticipated that this work will be completed by the end of July 2019. If you represent a RICS accredited surveyor and are interested in bidding for this piece of work then please contact BCHA to be sent the RFQ information.
