This project involves the design, manufacture, and installation of over 570 internal door sets across several buildings, including the South Portal, West Core, East Core, and more. The initiative falls under the CPV category "Doors" and takes place in London, UK. The estimated contract value ranges from £1,000,000 to £2,500,000.

This tender provides significant business opportunities for companies specialised in the design, manufacture, and installation of doors, particularly those with experience in high-specification, performance-rated door sets. Businesses that can offer a range of door types, including fire-rated, security-rated, and acoustic-rated doors, and that can handle the logistics of multiple site visits and extensive quality control processes over a two-and-a-half-year period will find this opportunity especially valuable. The comprehensive nature of this project, requiring substantial manpower, specialised materials, and temporary works management, is best suited to well-established firms capable of handling complex and large-scale constructions.
