Adults - Care Assistants SA and DB
Notice Description
Care Assistants Required Rate of Pay: PS9.74 PAYE Hours: Working hours are to be confirmed, however this role will require working days, nights, evening and weekends and be required to work on Bank Holidays. Locations: Care Assistants will be required to work at the locations listed below: - Walker Grange, Central Avenue, Tipton, DY4 9RZ Manifoldia Grange, Coyne Road, West Bromwich, B70 7JU Fountain Court, Millpool Way, Smethwick, B66 4HW Holly Grange, Mallin Street, Smethwick, B66 1QY Start Date: ASAP Contract type: Agency - 12 weeks Job Description and Personnel Specifications are attached, which also provides more information above the roles. Brief description: The service is generally focused on but not completely for people who have a dementia diagnoses. The main duties include supporting people to engage in meaningful activities Supporting people with occasional personal care Supporting people to keep safe due to their confusion Supporting people to mobilise to and from the dining room, toilet ect To promote independence and dignity To work well with existing day care staff members and managers to deliver a valued service You will require experience with working with Older people with a physical or mental health need. A good level of written and verbal communication On the cv's can you please list which location they are interested in.
