Tees Advocacy Services Framework
Notice Description
Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council, Middlesbrough Council and Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council wish to appoint a framework of providers for the provision of Advocacy Services across the Tees Valley area on an individual case-by-case basis co-ordinated by the Referrer/Hub. (Please note - The Hub will be procured through a separate procurement process). This Framework will be made up of five Lots. You may bid for one or more Lots. Lot 1 - Independent Mental Health Advocate (IMHA) Lot 2 - Independent Mental Capacity Advocate (IMCA) Lot 3 - Paid Relevant Persons Representative (PRPR) Lot 4 - Care Act Advocate Lot 5 - Non-Statutory (General) Advocate TUPE may apply to this opportunity. Additional information: Please be advised that Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council are conducting this procurement via the NEPO Portal (Pro-Contract) www.nepo.org. You will need to register as a supplier on the site (registration is free) and search for Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council within the Contract Opportunities section. Once your expression of interest has been received, immediate access to the tender documentation is granted, for the person who expressed the interest. You will need to log back in to access the documentation.
