INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE EXTERNAL UPGRADE OF STRATTON PARK PAVILION BUILDING.
Notice Description
Stratton Park sports facility is a pre-fabricated concrete single storey structure which houses changing rooms and toilet facilities for the users of the surrounding amenities of grass sports pitches and tennis courts. Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council ('the Council') is seeking to appoint a suitable contractor to improve the security and external aesthetics of the building by replacing existing lighting, shuttering, doors, windows and providing new PAS24 steel security grade doors & shutters, aluminium windows, sand and cement render and external decoration. The property address is : Stratton Park Sports Pavilion, Pack Lane Basingstoke RG22 5SN Additional information: Basingstoke and Deane is great place to live with 96% of residents stating they are happy with where they live. Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council ('the Council') is committed to continuing to provide first class services and facilities. The Council is seeking to appoint a suitable contractor to improve the security and external aesthetics of the Stratton Park Pavilion building in Basingstoke, by replacing existing lighting, shuttering, doors, windows and providing new PAS24 steel security grade doors & shutters, aluminium windows, sand and cement render and external decoration of the building. Works are to be carried out as per the specification included in this tender document The Council has proposed the following timetable for this Tender process: Dispatch of ITT: Tuesday 12th January 2021 Questions & Answers: Tues 12th Jan - Monday 15th Feb 2021 Return of Tender: 12.00.00 Wednesday 17th February 2021 Evaluation of Tender: Thursday 4th March 2021 Notification of Contract Award to Tenderers: Wednesday 10th March 2021 Contract commencement meeting: TBA The Council reserves the right to change the above timetable and Tenderers will be notified accordingly where there is a change in the timetable. The Council is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers.
