Evaluation of the Capital FCERM Investment Programme 21-27
Notice Description
The Successful Tenderer will lead on the development of an evaluation and monitoring framework and will carry out the baseline data collection and a mid-programme and end-programme evaluation. The Successful Tenderer will work with Defra, the Environment Agency and Risk Management Authorities to ensure monitoring and evaluation activities are embedded in the programme delivery. "The procurement documents are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge, at https://defra-family.force.com/s/Welcome Any questions, requests to participate or tender submissions must be submitted electronically via this portal."
