BCC is looking to source a provider who will provide a volunteer befriender for each person aged 18 and over who arrives in Bristol as part of the UK Resettlement Scheme (UKRS), The Afghan Relocations and Assistance Scheme (ARAP) and the Afghan resettlement Scheme, funded by the Home Office.
