To procure a provider/s to help develop and facilitate the new model for engaging with adults with experience of disability (Collaborate Essex) via a competitive tender process. The tender will be in two separate Lots, and bidders can bid for one or two Lots. Your tender submission must be submitted to the Authority electronically by publishing through this ITT Collaborate Essex (0712) at https://www.delta-esourcing.com , using access code 23H9T2P592 The tender will be scored on a 70% quality and 30% price split. Invitation to Tender issued 5th December 2018 Final date for clarifications from Bidders 11th January 2019 Tender Return Date 25th January 2019 Preferred bidder shortlisted 22nd February 2019 Contract Preparation 29th of March 2019 Contract Signature 12th April 2019 Contract Start Date 1st June 2019
