The appointment of the contractor to provide independent Fire Risk Assessments (FRA's) and Reviews and to provide related technical support and advice on the portfolio of council housing stock that Berneslai Homes manage on behalf of Barnsley Council. This will include tenanted and long lease purpose built blocks of flats and their common parts, offices, other communal and workplace buildings.
