The Home Office is looking for a supplier that can provide a high-quality IT service desk and/or End User Device capability in a large and complex environment, as well as assisting the customer in maturing toolsets to take advantage of evolving functionality and technology that increases efficiency and improves customer experience seamlessly. From this RFI, the Home Office are asking Suppliers to express their interest and provide some important feedback on our market approach ahead of the RFQ submission expected to be released shortly. We are looking for the supplier staff to have current valid SC and NPPV3 clearance or be willing to undertake the SC and NPPV3 clearance process. The Home Office can provide further guidance on request. Potential Providers are invited to complete the NDA via the instruction within this notice prior to completing the questionnaire at Annex A and return via the ePortal by 1pm 28th June 2024 Additional information: This procurement will be managed electronically via the Home Office's eSourcing Portal (JAGGAER). To participate in this Early Engagement, participants must first be registered on the eSourcing Portal. If you have not yet registered on the eSourcing Portal, this can be done online at https://homeoffice.app.jaggaer.com by following the link 'To register click here'. Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering. Once you have registered on the eSourcing Portal, a registered user can express an interest for a specific procurement. This can be done by searching for the procurement title: pqq_471 - Home Office Strategic Service Desk. Suppliers will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to enable access to the information provided as part of this notice.
