Request For Information - RFI - Self-funder discharge and admission avoidance service for North East Essex
Notice Description
This is a Request for Information (RFI) published on behalf of NHS North East Essex Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) With this RFI, NHS North East Essex Clinical Commissioning Group is seeking to gain a better understanding of the current capacity of the market in relation to arranging appropriate onward social care for patients who are self-funders for Social care from hospital and also assisting members of the public who are not eligible to social services funded care and so will be self-funding social care who are at risk of being admitted to hospital, assisting them to find appropriate onward social care, while offering choice and value and supporting people to appropriately remain in their own homes or a home of their choice to remain 'well' and in an environment that supports healthy living. Please note that completed RFIs will not be accepted by any means other than through the Bravo e-tendering system. The closing date for submitting completed RFIs is 12:00 noon on 16th July 2019. Disclaimer: This RFI is intended only to elicit information. Responders to this RFI should note that no concessions, contracts or other arrangements will be awarded pursuant to this RFI. Responding, or not responding, to this RFI will neither increase nor decrease any provider's chances of being awarded a contract from any subsequent Invitation to Tender process. The CCG shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by respondents to this RFI in preparing and / or submitting such responses.
