In-Service Conformity Light-Duty Emissions Testing - VCA0002

Notice Description

The Vehicle Certification Agency (VCA), with the understanding of the Swedish Transport Agency (STA), invites submissions from Suppliers for the undertaking of light-duty vehicle emissions testing for the purposes of the "New In-Service Conformity (ISC) Methodology", introduced in Annex II (Part B) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1151, as amended by 2018/1832 (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/GA/TXT/?uri=CELEX:32018R1832). In this Contract, the Supplier will be required to source, examine and test vehicles in accordance with this methodology, for a minimum of two ISC annual programmes (2020 and 2021) with an option to extend the contract to cover a third annual programme (2022) subject to the agreement of all parties. Additional information: The competition will be run on the Department for Transport Sourcing Portal: https://dft.app.jaggaer.com/ In order to participate in the competition and view the ITT documents, you must first register on the portal - you can do this by clicking the grey "click here to register!" button on the link above and following the instructions. Please note that if you are an existing supplier to the DfT, you may be notified that you already exist within the new system.
