On 11 July 2024, the Secretary of State announced that 'consumers will gain new powers to hold water company bosses to account through powerful new customer panels. customers will have the power to summon board members and hold water executives to account.' The King's Speech on 17 July subsequently included provision for a new 'code of conduct' for water companies, so customers can summon board members and hold executives to account. CCW is considering the feasibility of setting up water consumer panels as a way to deliver this and more. So please look at the document and sign up if its something you believe you can deliver Additional information: This is a complex project that will require a lot of man power and design time.
