This is a contract to take the South East Aylesbury Link Road (SEALR) forward to planning application, preliminary design and full business case stage. This project is required to mitigate the impact of the HS2 realignment of the A4010 and forms part of the wider Aylesbury Link Roads strategy being progressed by the Council.
