Summary of the contracting process

Westminster City Council (WCC) is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Development & Valuation Consultancy services, valued at approximately £6 million for the first lot and £1.5k annually for the second lot, which focuses on property services in London. Notice Description

Westminster City Council (WCC) wishes to procure a Dynamic Purchasing System for Development & Valuation Consultancy DPS which would be available to all London boroughs and public sector organisations. The first requirement is for Sales and Marketing Consultancy (Lot 1) relating to WCC new homes targets, and the second requirement is for Valuation and Lease Extensions for Right to Buy and leaseholders (Lot 2).
