The Framework will cover all provision within Redcar & Cleveland for supported living services, including supported living schemes, dispersed properties with care, and outreach support. Services need to be flexible and diverse in their offer to meet the varying needs of these residents of Redcar and Cleveland. The primary aim of this Framework is to allow adults to be supported to be as independent as possible whilst ensuring their assessed care and support needs are met.
