Notice Description

The existing Paint shop has been identified as a suitable location to convert into a temporary space for the stores to occupy. The contractor shall construct and hand back conversion of existing paint shop into temporary stores to include: *All associated buildings, civils and structural installations and works (doors, walls, flooring) *All mechanical and electrical (M&E) installations *Two new temporary office spaces *New service hatch *New internal roller shutter doors *Modification of electric repair shop/archive room space to create new welding shop space, and relocation of welding equipment/facilities into new space *Verification and Implementation of Fire alarm modifications *Associated Energy and Environment Reporting Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
