Professional Valuation services of the business Forest Holidays and Camping in the Forest

Notice Description

The Forestry Commission is inviting tenders for the provision of professional valuation services of the business Forest Holidays and Camping in the Forest. The supplier will be expected to provide a valuation for entry into the Forestry Commission Accounts for the next five years. The valuation must be carried out by registered RICS Business Valuers and prepared under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Additional valuation work will be required on a call-off order including a business valuation associated with any restructuring ie sale of shares, sale of business and rental valuation on the lease ground rents. Please express your interest in this tender to Amanda Ellis at the Bristol office by email or in writing by the 4th January 2016 to allow us to notify you of any questions and answers we may receive Additional information: Suppliers must express their interest in this tender by the 4th January 2016 in order to be eligible to submit a tender.
