Please find attached documents relating to the tender for Marquee Provision at Anglia Ruskin University Higher Education Corporation Please note the closing date for your Selection Questionnaire submission is 12 noon on 23rd January 2020. Please do not complete the Invitation to tender (ITT) documentation. You will be informed whether you have progressed to the ITT stage. Tenderers must check that all the documents listed in the contents have been received and are complete in all respects. Documents that must be returned to us completed in full are: 20191219_Selection Questionnaire Tenderers are to note lodgement of large electronic files may take time and as such tenderers must allow sufficient time to fully transmit all files prior to the closing time. Please see paragraph 1.14 of the Tender Information document for further information. End date for Contract Finder is for information only. Additional information: The tender is being conducted electronically using the Anglia Ruskin University eTendering system which can be found at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/angliaruskinuniversity/ . To receive documents, the users must first register and obtain log in details. Existing users should log in to the website and express interest. Delivery Notes Anglia Ruskin University Higher Education Corporation (ARU) is looking for a Supplier to provide a variety of marquees for Graduation Ceremonies, Award Ceremonies, Public Engagement and many other events that are extremely important to our students, staff and other delegates. For some events it is anticipated that just the marquee may be required however, in most cases other services such as flooring, lighting, generators, heating, cooling, sound systems, audio visual, toilets, tables, seating, decoration etc. may be required. Decorations such as swags, chair covers and colour-coordinated carpets may be required for prestige events. Some events may be 'themed'. Further information is contained within the tender documentation. The proposed contract would to provide the November Graduation Ceremonies of 2020 and initially be for 3 years following these graduations to cover events including the graduations in November 2023 with the option to extend for a further 2 x 1 years, up to a total of 5 years.
