Property Services - Perrin Lodge

Notice Description

The Francis Crick Institute is seeking a Property Services Management of Perrin Lodge referred to in the Contract as the Service Information is to describe the Property Services Management be provided under Contract to the Crick by the Service Partner. The Service Partner will have full accountability for delivering these Services at defined levels of performance, and for complying with all requirements defined in this document. Unless otherwise indicated, all references to Service Partner and their staff in this document is considered to apply equally to employees, suppliers or subcontractors working for or on behalf of the Service Partner. Please note that signing of the Reciprocal Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) will be required to obtain the tender documentation. To participate, you will be also required to register on the Crick's e-Sourcing portal: https://procurement.crick.ac.uk/web/login.html, which is free of charge. All queries should be directed to: Tenders@crick.ac.uk. Thank you. Additional information: A reciprocal Non Disclosure Agreement will be required between the Crick and each interested party prior to participation in the procurement. Once the Non Disclosure Agreement is completed, the interested party will need to register on the Crick's procurement portal to access the procurement documentation. A site visit and supplier briefing is being arranged for Wednesday 9th December 2015. The Closing time and date for receipt of completed tenders is 10am on the 17th December 2015.
