The Water Services Regulation Authority (Ofwat) is seeking to enhance employer engagement with individuals having learning disabilities through the "Ignition Brewery Collaboration" project. The project is aimed at innovating work placements within the water sector, with an active contract period commencing on 1st December 2019 and concluding on 31st August 2020. Such businesses could contribute to the design and implementation of pilot programs and workshops aimed at facilitating employment for underrepresented groups. The scope of work detailed in the tender encourages innovative practices that can be scaled to benefit broader sectors, making it an enticing opportunity for SMEs with a commitment to social impact.
