Please find attached documents relating to the tender for T17/18 Supply, installation and implementation of Self-Service Kiosks for University Library Please note the closing date for your return is 12 noon on 01 March 2018. Tenderers must check that all the documents listed in the contents have been received and are complete in all respects. Documents that must be returned to us completed in full are: 20180212_Kiosk Replacement Tender Document 2018 20180212_Kiosk Suitability Questionaire_ARU 20180212_Kiosk Sign all forms_RETURN with submission Tenderers are to note lodgement of large electronic files may take time and as such tenderers must allow sufficient time to fully transmit all files prior to the closing time. Please see paragraph 1.16 of the Tender Information document for further information. End date for Contract Finder is for information only. Additional information: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/angliaruskinuniversity/ The tender is being conducted electronically using the Anglia Ruskin University eTendering system which can be found at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/angliaruskinuniversity/ . To receive documents, the users must first register and obtain log in details. Existing users should log in to the website and express interest. Delivery Notes The project is to have 5 fully functioning Self-service kiosks installed and in use by 31 August 2018. These new kiosks will replace existing kiosks at the three sites located below. The University wishes to purchase the most beneficial solution for its library service. To that end it is an overall mandatory requirement that any aspect of the solution offered - hardware, software and services - should be interoperable with hardware, software and services that may be provided by any other solution provider.
