Barnardo's is looking to commission Provider(s) to evaluate its two Care Journey Core Priority Programme Strategic Partnerships' work. The aim of these strategic partnerships are, broadly, to co-create transformational changes to care journeys using a 'service design approach' so that children and young people who have care experience are as or more likely to be in a 'positive destination' (employment, education, training, volunteering, other) by the age of 19-21. Barnardo's is also looking to commission Provider(s) for its three Mental Health and Wellbeing Core Priority Programme Strategic Research Partnerships' work in Renfrewshire, North Tyneside and Northern Ireland.
