Notice Description

The NHS South East London Learning Disability and Autism Programme is looking for an organisation committed to tackle health inequalities and support the learning disability and autistic population. The aim of the programme continues to be reducing the reliance on inpatient beds, by effectively preventing admissions and building community capacity to support discharge from hospital.
