This unique project - re-imagining a nationally significant landmark - requires an outstanding and experienced consultant who will need to liaise with other consultants as part of a multi-disciplinary team in order to ensure a successful outcome. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
