The Devon Partnership NHS Trust ("DPT") is preparing to Tender for the Provision of an Alternate to Hospital Care - Enhanced Community Recovery Services to the Trust Objectives: As a guide, the Service will encompass the below. A fully detailed Tender specification will be issued via the Tactica system in due course. The overarching objective of this specification is to develop an Enhanced Community based Recovery Service ("ECRS") that provides high level support that will assist people to move on from or prevent admission to secure hospital care and will support them towards independent living in the community.
