Improving behaviours Improving performance (IBIP) is the result of cross-industry work that focusses on creating the right collaborative environment and changing behaviours and attitudes that will unlock better performance across programme and project teams. IBIP supports programme / project teams to improve their understanding and practical application of behavioural, structural and other interventions through the lifecycle of the project. It operates where National Highways and its Supply Chain partners collaborate comer under a contract setting to deliver.
