Arts Council England is seeking a research supplier to help deliver a study establishing the level of international activity currently conducted by the Arts Council-funded cultural ecology, including (but not limited to) National Portfolio Organisations (NPOs), National Lottery Project Grants (NLPG) recipients and individual practitioners funded through the Developing your Creative Practice programme (DYCP). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
