Notice Description

The University last went out to tender for external legal services in 2009. That process resulted in the University appointing a framework of four firms of solicitors to support the University in meeting their objectives. The University will now re-tender for this agreement, being sure to capture any new or amended requirements that have developed. The University will follow a similar process, in establishing a new framework of firms of solicitors. The procurement of the framework will follow a two-stage restricted tender process. The University wishes to procure a framework of appropriately experienced solicitors to support the University's legal team in all aspects of the Legal Team's work in providing a high quality, commercial legal service to the University. Additional information: In order to be considered for participation suppliers must complete and return one electronic copy of the pre qualification questionnaire (PQQ) which can be downloaded from the University's e-tendering system, Intend.
