Job Title: Learning and Development Support Officer Rate of Pay: ?11.02- ?12.92 per hour (Inside IR35) Hours: 37 hours Location: Hybrid working - covering homeworking, Roway Lane and Council House, Oldbury and any other Council building within Sandwell dependent upon training events taking place. Brief description: The role As an L&D Support Officer you'll play a key role in supporting the full range of Learning & Development activities. Covering all aspects of L&D support you'll be helping to deliver a fast paced and varied service across the council. Ideally, you should have experience of providing support services within a busy administration or learning and development environment, being able to demonstrate how you deliver excellent customer service is a must. You should be able to demonstrate: o Your knowledge, skills and experience of supporting a busy office environment o Ability to co-ordinate multiple events / tasks o A clear understanding of your customers, key stakeholders and their needs o A proven track record of excellent customer service delivery o You can build relationships and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues Please can the agencies send over a CV, 2x up to date references and a copy of Terms and Conditions. You will also need to include your agency on cost details to each submission. Stated rates must be inclusive of all known costs. No DBS is required for this role.
