Please find attached documents relating to the tender for T17/19 Supply, installation and maintenance of RFID Security Systems for University Library Please note the closing date for your return is 12 noon on 01 March 2018. Tenderers must check that all the documents listed in the contents have been received and are complete in all respects. Documents that must be returned to us completed in full are: 20180212_RFID Security Systems Tender Document 2018 20180212_RFID Suitability Questionaire_ARU 20180212_RFID Sign all forms_RETURN with submission Tenderers are to note lodgement of large electronic files may take time and as such tenderers must allow sufficient time to fully transmit all files prior to the closing time. Please see paragraph 1.16 of the Tender Information document for further information. End date for Contract Finder is for information only. Additional information: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/angliaruskinuniversity/ The tender is being conducted electronically using the Anglia Ruskin University eTendering system which can be found at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/angliaruskinuniversity/ . To receive documents, the users must first register and obtain log in details. Existing users should log in to the website and express interest. Delivery Notes The project is to have a fully functioning RFID Security Systems in place for 31 August 2018. This will replace existing RFID security systems at the 3 sites listed below. The system will need to integrate with Kaba Access control system at 2 sites. The sites covered by this procurement are a. Cambridge site - Mumford Building, East Road, Cambridge - 4 aisles connected to Kaba access control b. Chelmsford site - Queen's Building, Bishop Hall Lane, Chelmsford - 4 aisles connected to Kaba access control c. Peterborough site - Guild House, Oundle Road, Peterborough - 1 aisle with people counter for entrances/exits Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
