The Pathway will include the following types of accommodation-based provision: * Dedicated Women's Pathway (Mixed Support) * Multiple Disadvantage (High Support) * Move Through & Visiting (Low Support) The Council currently commissions supported housing for adults in a combination of high support 24-hour staffed, accommodation based setting and medium to low visiting support in dispersed properties around the borough. Services will be focused on preventing repeat homelessness, building skills and resilience and improving health and wellbeing outcomes so that people can live fulfilling, healthy and independent lives. The services will contribute to the delivery of the Council's Homelessness and Rough Sleeping (2018) strategies by helping to prevent and relieve homelessness, reduce the use of temporary accommodation and provide rapid exit from street homelessness for those in need. The event will clarify the service to be commissioned and will give providers the opportunity to indicate their interest in consortia and partnering arrangements for this opportunity.
