St Helens Council is advertising this opportunity on behalf of Cowley International College. The successful bidder will be contracting directly with Cowley International College and not St Helens Council. St Helens Council does not accept responsibility for any content of the Invitation To Tender. Cowley International College is a larger than average secondary school with a Sixth Form in St Helens, Merseyside. We require a company to provide a bus/coach to transport Sixth Form students to and from Cowley International College via a prescribed route daily.
