Text to be corrected in the original notice: Place of text to be modified: III.1.2 Instead of: III.1.2 Read: III.1.2 Other additional information: The contracting authority intends to repeal this notice due to a required modification to Section 4.2 Economic and Financial standing relating to minimum average annual turnover . Architect led Multi-disciplinary services to facilitate the repair and re-use a significant heritage asset (Grade II* Church); to ensure the sustainability of the project with income generating uses; and to deliver a programme of community uses and support.
