The competition was run under the Property Panel - Estates Services, MoJ Reform Programme for: a. Stage 1 - development of a disposal strategy report and valuation b. Stage 2 - implementation of the strategy including the marketing and sale of the site. Appointment currently for Stage 1 only and MoJ retains right to appoint to Stage 2.
