Structural Surveying

Notice Description

The Service Provider shall be required to carry out surveys to structural defects and provide timely reports which can include professional recommendations to complete remedial works, technical drawings and calculations within the specified timescales as per the Key Performance Indicators. The service provider shall be required to inspect defects, diagnose causation, recommend remediation, and sign off all completed works as directed by the Contract Administrator. Please return all information with your Quote through the In-Tend Portal, The supplier Technical questions and pricing can be entered through the portal directly. Midland Hearts Service Terms and Conditions have been attached for you to review. Please complete the Data Sharing section of the Terms and Conditions and attach this to the relevant place holder. Please sign the relevant parts of the Quote document and the Contractor Duty form and attach these to the relevant place holder. Attached to the documents are further codes of conduct and procedures that will apply please review these documents. Additional information: The contract and relevant documents are advertised on Midland Hearts Electronic tendering portal within In-Tend. This can be found on the website below: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/midlandheart/aspx/Home Suppliers are required to register onto the portal where the advert for the contract can be found. Within the advert is the relevant documents, upload link and online questionnaire. Suppliers are required to upload relevant documents through the portal and input responses to quality questions and pricing through the online questionnaire. Please send all correspondence through the In-Tend portal. It is the suppliers responsibility to contact In-Tend helpdesk for support should they have any difficulties uploading or accessing the quotation documents.
