Brief Description of Requirement An organisation has applied for a large grant from the UK Government. We require the services of a supplier who can provide swift specialist commercial due diligence of the grant application to evaluate certain assumptions made before we can finalise the grant. Scope of work: * To evaluate and critically assess the credibility of the commercial aspects of the Business Plan ("BP") against future steel supply and demand expectations in the UK and key export markets, including, but not limited to: o An overview of the supply and demand outlook for each product category referenced in the BP; o An assessment of the BP's sales volume, price realisation and market share projections in each major product category set against the market outlook; o An assessment of the impact the current tariff/safeguard regime may have on the company's exports; o Setting a RAG rating against the long-term projections for each product category; and o Suggesting an alternative range of commercial outcomes (volume, price, margin) for each product category where the BP projections are considered unrealistic or aggressive.
