Objectives The core objective of this work order is the production of a list of recommendations for a revision to Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) document 'GD 300' that omits level 4 (motorway designation) and shifts the focus of the document to enhancements over and above the all-purpose dual carriageway baseline i.e., current levels 1-3.
